Where will the 2026 Rocky Mountain Water Conference be held?
The Conference will be held August 30 - September 2, 2026 at the Keystone Conference Center in Keystone, Colorado.
Do you have a room block?
The Rocky Mountain Water Conference has a room block through the Keystone Resort. Please see the Travel & Hotel page for more information and the reservation link. The block will be released after August 7 and will likely sell out earlier than that so early reservations are encouraged.
When will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The Exhibit Hall will ONLY be open Sunday, August 30 from 5:00-7:00 pm, Monday, August 31 from 2:00-6:30 pm and Tuesday, September 1 from 2:00-6:00 pm.
What meals are included with conference registration?
Buffet lunches are included with all registrations on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You may purchase tickets to the RMSAWWA and RMWEA business luncheons held on Monday and Tuesday for $35 each. There is also a New Member & First Time Attendee Breakfast on August 31 that is free to attend but you must RSVP for it when you register (space is limited). The conference will provide coffee and a small amount of breakfast pastries each morning. The Sunday Meet and Greet and Monday/Tuesday exhibit halls will have afternoon snacks.
Will training units be available for attending the technical sessions be available?
We estimate that most technical sessions will count towards training units. If you would like to earn Colorado Training Units, you must supply your Colorado Operator ID when you register. This ID can be found on your Operator Card or you can look it up through the Portal: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/ccwp-portal. At each session you attend, be sure to have your badge scanned to track your attendance.
What is the attendee cancellation policy?
A 50% service fee will be charged on all cancellation requests received by July 31, 2026. Cancellation requests must be sent to RMWC@kinsleymeetings.com. No refunds will be made after July 31, 2026. Substitutions allowed; you may log into your account to update your registration to someone else or contact RMWC@kinsleymeetings.com for assistance.
If I’m a presenter, do I need to register?
All presenters need to register at the attendee rate; there is not a discounted rate for presenters.
